Lee is the General contractor and owner of 4 Life Homes. He is also a 2009 board member of the Lewis and Clark Home Builder's Association and has completed the requirements to attain three National Association of Home Builders certifications; Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). He is also a member of the NAHB's 50+ Housing Council and is a licensed Realtor to help you sell your current home.

Sandy Dickenson came to South Dakota about 20 years ago with a wealth of experience from across the country and around the world. With more than 35 years experience in all building types, Sandy is a past president of the South Dakota Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and an advocate for excellence in design. Now retired from commercial work, Sandy has turned her interest to residential projects with an emphasis on accessible design, building "Boomer Homes" in Vermillion.

Jason leads the on-site effort to create your new living environment. He has been building in South Dakota for more than ten years and has had a hand in constructing dozens of homes in the Yankton area. His attention to detail and ‘keeping it square’ is the foundation on which we build 4 Life Homes. In addition to rough carpentry, Jason is involved in designing and constructing the custom cabinets that go into each 4 Life Home.
