We interview the client, identify needs and desires, assess the home, and develop a personalized solution plan.

Determining needs and solutions can be a team effort. First we meet with you, adult children, friends, care-givers, therapists, basically whomever you wish to participate. Some benefit from group contributions while others prefer it to be a more private individual approach. We take the time to determine both your current and potential future needs.

After identifying age and health related needs, we take measurements and pictures of specific areas of the home that you wish to address. We also then note areas we observe as potential mobility or safety hazards in the home. Training and experience gives us a keen eye for unique solutions that compliment your living style and goals.

Then a final home assessment report is compiled and presented to you. The report includes a detailed comprehensive report on current conditions in assessed areas and suggested personal solutions. Pertinent pictures and occasionally sketches of solutions are included.
